Through adding back non-associated trading costs and using the rents we were able to demonstrate the client could meet the interest and repayment on the loan.

The loan was submitted to the chosen lender and the facility was approved in 48 hours with just the valuation required.

Once the valuation was instructed the loan completed within 10 working days.
