The Requirement:

A new client approached us to assist in sourcing the best finance options for purchasing 6 houses in a price location within Loughborough.

The Interesting Stuff

The client already used a particular lender in relation to purchasing property, however the Relationship Manager at the lender had left, and the client was unsure they would still be provided with the most competitive options if sourcing the new finance from them again.

We were approached to provide the advice and assistance needed for the client. After reviewing the project and understanding more about the client, we proposed the best facility options for the client.

The houses were all going to be worked on to form 6 x 5-bedroom high-end properties. We helped source a £1,900,000 development facility from a high street bank, and it was provided quickly with highly competitive rates and fees.

The loan was approved in 48 hours from submission of our information to the lender.

Through our due diligence process and our time with the client to understand exactly what they needed, we were able to not just provide competitive funding, but secure a relationship with the client for future projects.
