Tom is one of the co-founders of NapeX Finance and an award-winning former Head of Sales within leading real estate finance teams and specialist lenders/challenger banks.

His experience ranges from offering SME finance in his early career, through to structuring debt facilities for some of the largest real estate companies and institutions in the UK market.

He is known for setting up lending businesses thanks to his unique understanding of how lenders work, providing our clients with long-term relationships, giving full insight into what lenders want, together with the ability to deliver facilities efficiently and quickly.

Sebastiano is a co-founder of NapeX Finance and an accomplished Head of Lending and Credit.

He is a traditionally trained corporate real-estate banker who started his career in SME finance before specialising in property lending within high street lenders. His career saw him move back into trading businesses where he provided financial solutions to large corporates and PLCs. Latterly, he moved into the alternative finance market where he structured bridging loans as well as development facilities for regional and national developers. He has, therefore, successfully run lending teams and recovery teams, as well as acted as head of credit within various segments of the market.

His insight and experience gives our clients a full look into what a lender’s credit team expects to see, with the foresight to recognise any potential challenges that may arise.

Zach is a Specialist Property Finance Broker who joined the NapeX Finance team in 2020, after travelling and working abroad for 3 years.

Working closely alongside Tom Clark (Co-Director) on a day-to-day basis, Zach provides support across the range of clients NapeX Finance helps.

As an experienced broker, Zach supports his clients with a great amount of knowledge and an inquisitive energy to ensure he fully understands all variants.

Aimi has been with NapeX Finance since it was founded, and primarily was responsible for the operations side of the business until a recent role change. Aimi has now moved into the role of Business Finance Broker.

With a great understanding of ‘nonproperty’-based brokerage, Aimi can support our clients with areas such as Business Loans, Asset Finance, Hire Purchase, MBOs and MBIs, Invoice Factoring/Discounting, Cashflow Funding, Construction/Trade and Export options, Tax Loans, the Recovery Loan Scheme and much more. .

Paul joined the NapeX Finance team in September 2022 as our Relationship Manager, on the operations side to the business.

He had previously accumulated many years in management roles within the retail sector, and was able to seamlessly transfer his skill set over to the NapeX Finance.

He has since made a significant impact, taking responsibility for looking after our clients, and for being the intermediary between client and lenders, taking client loans through to completion.

Charlie joined forces with the NapeX Finance team in 2023, and focuses on Buy-To-Let Mortgages for our clients.

She is a qualified mortgage broker and has completed her CMAP and CeRER qualifications with the London Institute of Banking and Finance. Charlie is focused on delivering quality and consistency to all her clients and helping them through each case with time, dedication and research.

Her notable communication skills and relationship building have formed from her earlier career as a product trainer and software trainer in CRM systems, as well as managing the flagship showroom in Baker Street for Konica Minolta.
