The Requirement:

An experienced client found a property being sold below market value that they wanted to include in their Buy-To-Let portfolio, however the property needed to be sold very quickly so everything was needed at pace.

The Interesting Stuff:

This was a mid-terraced property in Leicester, that was being sold below market value due to the property owner requiring an urgent need to sell. Our client saw this as a great opportunity, as all they needed to do was undertake a light cosmetic refurbishment, and be able to let it out to a tenant.

With a very tight timeframe, we were able to work closely with the client who we knew very well, and work towards a digital buy-to-let request that had a virtual valuation. This involved a specialist legal process to allow the purchase to occur quickly. Funds were provided from start to finish, within 4 weeks.
