- Commercial to residential (single and multiple units)
- Light through to heavy refurbishment.
- Large Scale commercial to residential.
- Purchase with refurbishment and extension followed by sale of unit.
- Pre-agreed refinancing onto a longer term finance upon practical completion.
- Adding additional storeys and air rights.
