As you know, our ethos at NapeX Finance is being ‘Powered by Knowledge’, thanks to not only the first-hand experience our team has in the world of lending, but from remaining attuned to what the market is doing. Attending MIPIM in March really helped with this.

Whenever we gain more insight, we want to be able to share it, which usually is directly with customers as we help them through their projects. But more recently, it’s been shared with key stakeholders in the industry when we have been called upon as advisors on new products.

One particular highlight for the team has been the opportunity to work closely with specialist bridging lenders, providing them with the valuable insight to navigate the market effectively, identifying where products need to be, and finding out what’s possible.

As a result, we are thrilled to introduce a new exclusive product that has been tailored for almost completed or fully completed developments.

This innovative offering features a fee rate of 1.5% for loans exceeding a million, and an exceptionally competitive rate of just 0.75% per month with terms up to 12 months. Notably, this product eliminates the need for a practical completion certificate or warranty sign off, offering unparalleled flexibility to our clients.
